4. No Guarantee of Results

Specific lead volume
Specific revenue outcomes
Search engine algorithms and advertising platforms are outside our control.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide timely access to necessary assets
Supply accurate business information
Respond to approval requests in a reasonable timeframe
Delays in communication may affect timelines.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment:
Website content and design become the client’s property
Automation workflows and proprietary systems remain the intellectual property of Collision Shop Marketing
We reserve the right to display completed projects in our portfolio.
7. Limitation of Liability
Collision Shop Marketing shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages
Business interruption
Lost profits
Total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client in the previous 3 months.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice in accordance with the service agreement.
